A six person relay set in the gently undulating confines of the beautiful Windsor Great Park in sight of the castle itself.
All legs start and finish at the same point, so there are no complicated change overs to organise.
The race is designed to appeal to athletes, joggers, families and all sports minded people. Therefore there will be a separate non BAF affiliated category, to encourage sport centre, football, pub and work teams to take part, as well as standard affiliated running and athletic clubs.
Families and supporters are very welcome. There is plenty of space for picnics- bring your own food and drink, or sample one of our Runnymede burgers (veggie or meat). Other refreshments will also be available. This year the start will be more conveniently located for the parking area and as always toilet facilities will be provided.
Each team is to comprise of six runners made up as follows:
| BAF AFFILIATED | NON BAF AFFILIATED (Social Team) |
| 1 = Lady runner of any age | Man or lady of any age |
| 2 = Lady runner of any age, man over 40 or boy under 16 | Man or lady of any age |
| 3 = Lady runner of any age, man over 40 or boy under 16 | Man or lady of any age |
| 4 = Man or lady of any age | Man or lady of any age |
| 5 = Man or lady of any age | Man or lady of any age |
| 6 = Man or lady of any age | Man or lady of any age |
There will be a separate prize for the first non affiliated or social team.
