Tattenham Corner, Epsom Downs - Sunday 5 October 2003

Dorking Mole Valley and Epsom Oddballs - 5 miles

Thanks to John Barren, Lesley and Graham Taylor, DMV and Epsom Oddballs for this event. Epsom Oddballs will be joining the MABAC league from January, and some of their members came along to help DMV set up and marshal the course. We look forward to seeing more of them next year.

NEXT EVENT:	Sunday 2 November	Puttenham, 11:00 am	BVR
	OS Ref: 186/912458 Turn off Hogs Back (A31) 4 miles west of Guildford at the B3000 Puttenham exit. At the bottom of the slip road turn left to go down the hill towards Puttenham. After 400 yards turn right to enter the village. Take the first left, Suffield Lane, opposite the pub. Follow this for 1.75 miles to the MIDDLE car park which is on the right.
Sunday 30 November	Ashtead Common, followed by AGM	NB changed date!
Sunday 28 December	Windsor Winter Wander	9/10 am

Note from the Chairman to members

Tony Tugwell will be relinquishing the post of Mabac treasurer, race entries secretary and events timekeeper at the AGM on Sunday 30th November.

Tony has given sterling service to Mabac over many years and this will be recognised at the AGM. It has been due to Tony's expertise that Mabac has constantly maintained a strong financial base from which to work. Your committee is now looking for a replacement, only to take over as treasurer. Tony will be on hand to assist when required. He assures me that it will only take a short time to get acquainted with the minimal procedures!
