Mabac Running League’s Pre-London

Cranleigh 15 miles or 21 miles

Sunday 21 March 2004. Event starts 9:00 a.m.

Fees: £6.00 attached, £7.00 unattached. STRICTLY NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY.
Note: Entry fee includes envelopes, postage and a copy of results to all finishers.

Entries will close last post Saturday, 13 March 2004 or when the limit of 600 runners is reached. Medals to all finishers. The course comprises two laps of approximately 9 and 6 miles on undulating, mainly rural roads. For the 21-miler the second lap is repeated. Highly recommended as a pre-London test. Runners not reaching the 15-mile point within 2hrs 30 mins will be requested not to continue on the 21-mile course. Fifteen or twenty-one miles, the choice is yours!
